Details: Also known as tufted carpet, broadloom refers to the fact that it is woven on wide looms for true wall-to-wall installation. Broadloom carpet costs can vary greatly.

Options: Broadloom carpet comes in full rolls—typically 12 feet in width—and can be cut to length to fit any size space. It can be installed by gluing the carpet directly to the subfloor or by installing it over a pad.

Appearance: A lot of people prefer the look of broadloom carpet because it has less visible seams.

Durability: The durability will depend on the initial investment. Some customers who are purchasing for a tenant improvement space with a five-year lease will invest less than an owner-occupied facility that is carpeting their executive offices. Thus, the durability will vary with the initial product investment.
